Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes health. Regular practice improves breathing , increases endurance for other activities, and promotes mindfulness. Take a break from your day. Focus yourself and find clarity.

Fitness Classes

We will be offering a variety of classes with a maximum of 12 people per class. The standard classes will include a full body burn/HIIT class, but age appropriate classes can be added if there is high interest.

1 on 1 Private Training

If you are interested in a workout session separate from the group environment we will have the option to work solely with the trainer for a more direct experience. Times may be limited initially.

Sports Training

With an 11 year career as a physical therapist assistant I have a strong history of sports rehab. Too many times athletes are performing exercises/activities that their bodies are not prepared for. We will be offering sport workshops and private training sessions for athletes that may want to prevent injury while enhancing performance.

Event Hosting

Do you have an upcoming Birthday? Bachelorette Party? Girls Night Out?! Book a class with only your gal pals to kick the night off, or reward yourselves with brunch and mimosas after! Our location will also be available to rent for small gatherings such as showers/sprinkles, meetings, book clubs, etc. all you have to do is ask!
