Symber Mullin

Symber is a physical therapist assistant of 11 years, and loves assisting others in their health journey in any way, safely. The “no pain, no gain” method is not her style, but helping create lifelong habits to an improved you is right up her alley! She uses her extensive knowledge from her therapy career to create fun and engaging classes and sessions. It is in her nature to be your biggest cheerleader in your efforts to becoming your best self. She is looking forward to getting to know you!

Lindsey Muenstermann

Lindsey has been a student of yoga for 10 years, and a teacher for 7. She specializes in many different types of yoga including but not limited to:

Vinyasa- linking breath with creative sequencing, a slightly faster paced practice.

Restorative- a deeply relaxing practice with lots of ground and breath work.

Intro to Yoga- teaching yoga basics with all different modifications. Best for first time yoga practitioners or anyone wanting to deepen their knowledge.

Her favorite part of teaching is giving her students the chance to explore their practice and making it personal to their level and goals. Lindsey strives to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment for every single person who walks in to one of her classes.

Courtney Lynn

Courtney is a registered nurse with 15 years experience. Helping others is her purpose and health and fitness is her passion! She is an ACE Certified Group EX instructor and certified health coach. Other certifications include

  • NETA certified Personal Trainer

  • WARRIOR Strength certified instructor

  • EMPOWER Self-Defense Instructor

  • SCW certified Pilates Instructor

  • Red Cross CPR instructor

Lindsey Miller

Lindsey Miller is a Native of Northwest Indiana and she attended Arizona State University where she was first introduced to yoga at the age of 19 and received a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and a certification through American College of Sports Medicine in 2001. Lindsey began her yoga and personal training career in 2002 and has spent the last 20 years gaining knowledge and experience in all things related to body-mind-spirit connection. Lindsey currently lives in Crown Point with her husband Bob, and her daughter Gia. Lindsey can be found teaching various classes and workshops throughout the region and her passion lies in the healing connection with the breath that lies within each of us. 

Tina Simmons

Tina has been a student in “Werq Fitness classes” for 5 years. Due to her love and passion for it, she became a certified instructor in 2022. She specialized in cardio dance fitness classes based on pop, rock and hip hop music.

Each class Tina will start with a warm-up that will preview some of the moves that will be used in class. Following each class there will be a “Yoga Inspired” static stretch.

Her favorite part about being a Werq instructor is the people, the energy and the infectious vibes that come from the class. Tina loves being able to find herself and lose herself at the same time in her classes and hopes to bring her students this goal as well!

Being a lifelong Red Devil, she is excited to see the town of Lowell WERQ!

Melanie Sobocinski

Melanie is a personal trainer, fitness instructor and nutrition coach. She has been in the industry for well over 10 years. She LOVES working out and tries to make it fun on all levels. She has taught a variety of classes over the years such as Boot Camp, Yoga, Spin, PiYo, Circuit and Strength Training. She’s had a passion for fitness ever since Sweating to the Oldies with Richard Simmons!! 

Melanie has lived in Lowell for almost 20 years and is looking forward to seeing some familiar faces along with some new faces here at Momentum Studio!!
